Bridal: Jessa

I have been waiting for months to share Jessa's bridals! Jessa has to be one of the sweetest, most genuine girls I have met. It makes total sense that she has over 600 friends on her Facebook account thing, I bet this girl is loved by everyone she meets!

Vanessa and I had a blast shooting her & Richard's wedding tonight! Have fun in your secret honeymoon location. Call me! (when you get back of course!) :)

About Me

I saw this one of my favorite photographers' blog so I thought I would try it:

I AM … happy. A little sick, but happy.
I WANT… to finally finish updating my website.
I HAVE … frogs in my yard. Ew.
I KEEP … buttons. Shopping bags. Magazine cutouts.
I WISH I COULD … go swimming with Abby more often.
I HATE … selfish people. Putting laundry away.
I FEAR … missing out on special moments with my daughter.
I HEAR … Frogs.
I DON'T THINK … I ever knew how much my mom meant to me until Abby was born.
I REGRET … losing touch.
I LOVE … my husband, my daughter, my sisters, my parents. My job.
I AM NOT … getting enough sleep.
I DANCE … all the time. Abby loves it.
I SING … only as a whisper. Mostly to Sin Bandera.
I NEVER … carry a purse.
I RARELY … reboot my laptop. My husband is not happy about this.
I CRY WHEN I WATCH … Miracle.
I AM NOT ALWAYS … a great mom.
I HATE THAT … I am not always a great mom.
I'M CONFUSED ABOUT … what song to use on my site.
I NEED … to feel better soon.
I SHOULD … really get more sleep.

Wedding: Mike & Carrie

Efra and I got to shoot Mike & Carrie's wedding at Clark Gardens in Weatherford. Carrie is impossibly gorgeous and her Mike had a beautiful wedding among some of the nicest family and friends. And Kelsey! She is the sweetest pup and behaved so perfectly all day!

Check out the yummy colors! Carrie, love ya girl! You must help me decorate our new house once this crazy season is over! :)

Ok, so Carrie ordered a swimsuit top for her honeymoon (she already had the bottom) and it got there minutes before she left her house for the wedding! It was pretty exciting!

Happy News!

I just heard from one of my favorite couples and they are expecting their first baby!!! AWWW! That's so awesome. I'm so excited for them.

Congratulations Rob & Robin! So looking forward to shooting your belly when it gets a little bigger. :)

Wedding: Stacey & Peter

Vanessa and I were honored to have been able to document Stacey & Peter's wedding. I love how Peter just loves to take care of Stacey. He is so caring and attentive to her, and she is so cute - she just lets him! Being around them really reminded us of our own family. They are very close and you get the feeling that everyone was ready for them to get married!

It was held at Fort Worth's YWCA, which is not only beautiful but so full of history. I have shot there a couple of times before, and I get to shoot there again next month!

I love the getting ready portion of the day. Makes for great shots!

We laughed, we cried and then laughed some more at this beautiful wedding. I knew it was going to be beautiful in getting to know Katie and her awesome ceremony and reception sites. Her and her mom did an awesome job planning all the details, it turned out perfect!

My favorite part of the evening had to be each of the toasts. Her dad made us laugh, then Stephen's best friend made us tear up and then Katie's sister (sister-in-law/BFF) made us laugh again.

Katie & Stephen, thank you so much for having us. I love your photos and so glad you do too! :)
