Bridal: Melissa

Melissa & Brian were married tonight so I can now finally share her fabulous bridal session! I loved Brian's reaction when he saw her chosen bridal portrait to display at the reception! They are one of the sweetest couples I've ever met.

Engaged: Carrie & Mike (part 2!)

I actually shot Carrie & Mike's engagement session last fall, but since their wedding is this July, we decided to go out and get warmed up just before the wedding. We had a great session, it really felt like I was out with old friends since Carrie and I can't seem to stop chatting every time we see each other! I did feel bad for Mike who was ready to go watch the NBA finals - but he was such a great sport! The things you do for love. :)

The last couple of weeks have been a little (ok, a lot) crazy for me. Not only is wedding season in full swing but with the house selling/buying it is definetely a little loco around the Wisner household.

My dad came by and to help me chill out, he brought me my favorite ice cream.

Someone is going to get a really nice Father's Day gift! :)

Engaged: Stacey & Peter

Peter and Stacey will be getting married later this summer in Fort Worth's YWCA. One of many things I like about Stacey and Peter is that he is totally involved in all the wedding planning, all of my communications, any questions I have regarding their wedding day - I go to Peter! I think it's so cool when grooms get involved in the planning, and Peter has taken it to a new level which I think it's really sweet.

We met around the studio and found some cool walls I hadn't shot before. Stacey & Peter - Thank you for an easy afternoon! :)

Wayne and I had been thinking of putting our home on the market for the last several months. We love it here, but would love to move closer to his work, my studio, my family, Abby's school and our church. Finally the Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend our home was put on the market. Imagine our surprise when we sold it that Friday! We were in shock for a few days but our fantastic agent, Tara, snapped us out of it and helped us look for our next home since we have to vacate this one June 20! After viewing 30-35 homes Wayne and I were so excited to find one that we both love. This house is so close to our dream house, I am just waiting for this bubble to burst! I am so excited but I can't go into too many details until we sign that dotted line. Well, all those dotted lines...

I am just so excited for my little family. We will be about 8 minutes from my parents (about 30 minutes now) and no more than 15 minutes from everything else. I can't wait!!!
